monday, tues, wed.

Monday:
Took the girls to Art Classes. Shanley went to the Walk house to practice violin while the littles had their Art Class. Then we all had a picnic lunch by Sweet Treats and got some yummy ice cream for dessert. Dropped the big girls off at Art class. We came home and rested. We picked the big girls up came home had dinner, played in the rain, and then did fireworks that night. Lots of laughs and fun.

Tuesday:
The kids love getting up together and going to bed... it is so much fun to see them all in their pjs. Dad, Faith, Lauren, Noah and Hadassah went to Greenville. Lauren went to see Coley Berry and Dad and Faith went on a date together to Costco, the mall to get some shoes for the girls and she got a special flamingo but she didn't want to show you all of it because she wants to surprise you when you get home... so just its head is peaking out in the picture.
Mom took the three others girls to Cashiers on a special hike, to the grocery store, to the pool and then to the club for dinner.

Wednesday:
Today we went to the Stepleton's and had a blast! Here are some fun photos...
Then we came home rested, then had dinner. Mom took Shanley to Youth group and then back to the Walk house to practice violin.

friday

Friday - Today is the last day for VBS and it was so much fun....The girls were excited and were ready to go - the program was darling - can you find them....they are there and learned all the moves...we picked up Shanley at mom's around 11 and arrived at the church at 11:45 for the show.
the program was based around outer space - look at the two cuties - and our amazing God of all galaxies! The director of the program loves the girls and was so excited they came...what a sweet program. Shanley wrote a beautiful note for her teacher last year - carol Huie...i made you a copy - she did it all on her own.

we then changed into bathing suits and drove to the Methodist church for the picnic lunch we brought..... and the firetruck water hosing....

Brave kids - it was so funny to see them play in the water. Shanley & Faith were careful to watch everyone and Noah got scared for awhile...not sure about the ladder....even Hadassah had a smile.

Home for rest time and off in an hour and half for tennis lessons...they are actually hitting the ball and having some competition with Lindsey. Thought i might see if they could do some additional clinics next week. Looking forward to having some free time next week - we have really been busy this week. After tennis - faith went to Momo for dinner and overnight, had dinner and then littles played outside in the sand (from the Walk house) ....Dad and Shanley went on the golf cart and played some golf...just the two of them. Baths, reading (Tiarnan is really doing good) - and cuddles in bed and they fell asleep easily. Dad and Shanley had like a date night - with the golf after dinner, then watched the old Karate Kid together ...i think Shanley will crash too. I will pick up Faith at 1 tomorrow-- here is a video Lauren took at the show - feel like you are there.
Dad called your house sitters and told them to call the name you gave and check on warranty. He said he would...if it is not under warranty what do you want them to do?? We loved all your pictures and can picture ourselves in your travelogue...sounds like you are having an amazing time and you both look so happy. Hard to believe you are looking at and walking where our Lord walked and lived - you are so blessed to be able to go when you are so young and when you know so much about the Bible.... wasn't it hot at Masada??was the museum overwhelming? I almost caught my hair on fire at the "birth spot" in Bethlehem...all those hanging candles...
Keep writing = we love hearing all your news and check the email all the time, but we do know it can be difficult to get a computer. Just know how much you are loved and missed. Take good care of each other - we can't believe it is already almost half over.....it is funny how we have kids in all the rooms....and closets. It is really going smoothly - we are all blessed too - love, mom

Love You Guys

Thrusday
This morning the girls went to VBS today and had fun. Instead of going to VSB, I took Shanley over to your house to practice violin. She did great!

Then I dropped her off with Momo at Mountain Finding. She is going to go out to dinner with her and to a play tonight.

Dad picked up the girls with Noah today from VBS and took them as a special treat to Wendy's for lunch and then to the park in Cashiers.
They all came home and took naps...Lauren had Tiarnan read to her a whole chapter before her nap and she did a great job only missing a couple of words here and there.
After naps Tiarnan went to a new friend's house who they meet at their tennis lesson. Her name is Lindsay and her grandparents live behind us. She is 8 also. They had a great time together.
Ellie has really taken to Hadassah and gets her to smile alot. They call her Happy Hadassah.

Faith and Noah have become little buddies, they play playmobil and chase each other. Noah even wanted to take a bath in their swimsuits with Faith tonight.

While Tiarnan was at her friend's house, Granddaddy took the other girls and noah up to the playground at the club and they played in the sandbox.
When they came home we have a yummy homemade beef stew. Your girls are such good eaters. Ellie said a beautiful prayer before dinner. Then the girls made some cards for you guys and we got ready for bed. Faith is having special time with Lauren since Shanley is with Momo tonight. We miss you. We asked the kids what they wanted to say to you and here is what they said:
Tiarnan says "I love you and hope you have fun"
Ellie says " I love you and hope you have great time"
Faith says " I love you and I had fun at VBS and I am looking forward to seeing you."
Shanley says, "I love you and have fun in the desert"
Hadassah says, "Ohhh" with a big smile
Noah says, "Butt"
