friday

Friday - Today is the last day for VBS and it was so much fun....The girls were excited and were ready to go - the program was darling - can you find them....they are there and learned all the moves...we picked up Shanley at mom's around 11 and arrived at the church at 11:45 for the show.
the program was based around outer space - look at the two cuties - and our amazing God of all galaxies! The director of the program loves the girls and was so excited they came...what a sweet program. Shanley wrote a beautiful note for her teacher last year - carol Huie...i made you a copy - she did it all on her own.

we then changed into bathing suits and drove to the Methodist church for the picnic lunch we brought..... and the firetruck water hosing....

Brave kids - it was so funny to see them play in the water. Shanley & Faith were careful to watch everyone and Noah got scared for awhile...not sure about the ladder....even Hadassah had a smile.

Home for rest time and off in an hour and half for tennis lessons...they are actually hitting the ball and having some competition with Lindsey. Thought i might see if they could do some additional clinics next week. Looking forward to having some free time next week - we have really been busy this week. After tennis - faith went to Momo for dinner and overnight, had dinner and then littles played outside in the sand (from the Walk house) ....Dad and Shanley went on the golf cart and played some golf...just the two of them. Baths, reading (Tiarnan is really doing good) - and cuddles in bed and they fell asleep easily. Dad and Shanley had like a date night - with the golf after dinner, then watched the old Karate Kid together ...i think Shanley will crash too. I will pick up Faith at 1 tomorrow-- here is a video Lauren took at the show - feel like you are there.
Dad called your house sitters and told them to call the name you gave and check on warranty. He said he would...if it is not under warranty what do you want them to do?? We loved all your pictures and can picture ourselves in your travelogue...sounds like you are having an amazing time and you both look so happy. Hard to believe you are looking at and walking where our Lord walked and lived - you are so blessed to be able to go when you are so young and when you know so much about the Bible.... wasn't it hot at Masada??was the museum overwhelming? I almost caught my hair on fire at the "birth spot" in Bethlehem...all those hanging candles...
Keep writing = we love hearing all your news and check the email all the time, but we do know it can be difficult to get a computer. Just know how much you are loved and missed. Take good care of each other - we can't believe it is already almost half over.....it is funny how we have kids in all the rooms....and closets. It is really going smoothly - we are all blessed too - love, mom
